Finance chief plans to retire, giving long notice
NPK International says its chief financial officer intends to step down, but not until sometime before the end of August next year — a long runway that softens the blow. The stock barely moved, slipping about 0.3% to around $13.24. We've seen leadership exits like this 432 times before, and the stock was lower three months out slightly more often than not.
