What's moving Cintas Corporation today

CTAS — The risk factors have been expanded with new risks related to the proposed UniFirst acquisition and the use of artificial intelligence, while existing risks have been escalated to reflect heightened trade policy uncertainties, increased indebtedness from the acquisition, and challenges in employee retention amid the pending transaction. For now, Orin's view is that this is one to keep an eye on.

What would change this — A contradicting primary source would change our read — a fresh filing, a turn in insider buying, or Cintas Corporation's next results coming in soft.
